Refund Policy

14-day full refund. If you purchased JMIT and have not run a /jmit audit, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund if:

Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date
You have not used the Software to run a /jmit repository audit

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
Any period after a /jmit audit has been run, regardless of the number of /jmitfix repairs
Partial months - all subscription fees are charged in full at the start of each billing period
Downgrades from a higher to lower subscription tier

How to Request a Refund

Email julian.novosad1@gmail.com with:

Subject line: “JMIT Refund Request”
Your GitHub username
The PayRequest transaction reference
Reason for the refund (optional)

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original PayRequest/PayPal payment method and typically clear within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting julian.novosad1@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by PayRequest (powered by PayPal). ACI does not store your full card details. Disputes regarding payment processing should be directed to PayRequest or PayPal after contacting ACI first.
