1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using JMIT (the “Software”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier, individual, team, and enterprise subscribers.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ACI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use JMIT as a Claude Code extension for the purpose of auditing and repairing test suites in local repositories.

2.2 License Verification

Use of the paid Software requires a valid, paid license verified via ACI’s license server (Supabase). Your GitHub username is used as your license identifier. You must provide an accurate GitHub username at the time of purchase.

All fees are denominated in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed through PayRequest (powered by PayPal). Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly at the start of each billing period.

3.1 Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the Software has not been used to run an audit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. No refunds are provided for partial months or downgrades.

3.2 Non-Payment

If payment fails, your license will be suspended within 48 hours. The Software will cease to function until payment is successfully processed. Licenses suspended for more than 30 days will be terminated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, documentation, branding, and associated materials, is the exclusive property of Aurore Corporation International. The Software is licensed, not sold. ACI retains all rights, title, and interest not expressly granted in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the ACI name, logo, or trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ACI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL IDENTIFY ALL MEANINGLESS OR SILENT TESTS, OR THAT REPAIRS GENERATED BY THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECT OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

ACI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
